Family of Barbara Rohwer - Please remember in your prayers the family of Barbara Rohwer, mother of DCE Andrew Rohwer, who was called to the Lord's side July 1. Barbara was an active member of Good Shepherd, Fremont. Andrew serves as DCE at Holy Cross in Kearney. We ask the Lord to wrap this family in His love, peace, and comfort at this difficult time.

Family of Marilyn Bruick - We lift up in prayer the family of Marilyn Bruick, mother of Rev. Scott Bruick, who entered her eternal rest on Sunday, July 5. Pastor Bruick serves as senior pastor of St. John, Seward, and his wife, Jan, serves as administrative assistant to the Lutheran Church Extension Fund - Nebraska Program out of the District Office. We pray that our Heavenly Father will provide comfort for the family at this time through the promise of eternal life.

COLLEGE FRESHMEN CONTACT INFORMATION
The Nebraska District is in the process of gathering information to reach out and connect LCMS members who will be attending a college or university during this next academic year with the campus ministry in their area. With your help, we can connect students to a campus ministry before they get on campus. We have learned that a student's first year on campus can be their most impacted. To share the names of students in your congregation, please email Connie Borchers at connieb at ndlcms.org<mailto:connieb at ndlcms.org> the name, current address, phone number, email address, and the college they will be attending by July 31. You can also go to http://www.ndlcms.org/ministries/district/campus.html and you will find a poster, bulletin announcement, and information on emailing the names of the students.
